Zirconia partially stabilized with yttria - YTZP
Product type :- YTZP
Features
- High purity: made of high-grade and nanometer yttria stabilized zirconia precursor, which is also proudly produced by CHEMCO’s own facility in large and homogenous batches
- High density media ideal for high energy mills, maximizing throughput and productivity
- High fracture toughness and high wear resistance minimize the contamination of beads during high speed milling
- At least 15% superior to Ceria Stabilized Zirconia beads in wear rate, proved by many tests
Main applications
- Bio-tech (DNA, RNA & protein extractionandisolation)
- Chemicals including Agrochemicals e.g. fungicides, insecticides and herbicides
- Coating, paints, printing and inkjet inks
- Cosmetics (Lipsticks, Skin & sun protection creams)
- Electronic materials and components e.g. CMP slurry, ceramic capacitors, lithium iron phosphate battery
- Wheat seeds and Food (Complying with the regulations of European Food 1935/2004/EC and FDA)
- Minerals e.g. TiO2, Calcium Carbonate and Zircon
- Pigments and dyes
Some other applications
- Flow distribution in process technology
- Sintering bed with good thermal conductivity, can sustain high temperatures
- Vibro-grinding and polishing of jewelry, gemstones & aluminum wheels
